Html elements abbr and cite

abbr element Specifies that a string is an abbreviation for a longer word or phrase and cite element Specifies that the enclosed text is a citation from another source. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
