Html elements br, hgroup, and base

br element Specifies a hard line break in the text, hgroup element The HTML Headings Group Element (<hgroup>) represents the heading of a section, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
