Html elements code and meter

code element Specifies that the enclosed text is programming code and should be formatted appropriately and meter element The HTML meter element (<meter>) represents either a scalar value within a known range or a fractional value. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
