Html elements div, base, and meta

div element Defines a special block of content within a document, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use, meta element Specifies general high-level information about a document. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
