Html elements embed, samp, and base

embed element Defines an object, such as a multimedia file, embedded in an HTML document, samp element Specifies that the enclosed text is sample text and should be rendered in the browser appropriately, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
