Html elements h2, base, and h4

h2 element Heading Level 2, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use, h4 element Heading Level 4. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
