h3 element Heading Level 3, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use, samp element Specifies that the enclosed text is sample text and should be rendered in the browser appropriately. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
