Html elements hr, link, and meta

hr element Creates a horizontal line in the HTML document, link element Defines the relationship between the current document and another document, meta element Specifies general high-level information about a document. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
