Html elements noscript, sup, and base

noscript element Specifies alternative content to display if a client browser does not support scripts, sup element Specifies that the enclosed text should be rendered in the browser as superscript, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
