Html elements pre, script, and base

pre element Specifies that the enclosed text is preformatted and that whitespace should be preserved appropriately, script element Specifies that the enclosed content is a client-side script, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
