Html elements qsub, and ruby

q element Specifies that the enclosed text is a short, inline quote from another source, sub element Specifies that the enclosed text should be rendered in the browser as subscript, ruby element Defines a container for Ruby Text. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
