Html elements qtitle, and small

q element Specifies that the enclosed text is a short, inline quote from another source, title element Specifies the title of the HTML document, small element Decreases the font size of the enclosed text by one. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
