small element Decreases the font size of the enclosed text by one, code element Specifies that the enclosed text is programming code and should be formatted appropriately, meter element The HTML meter element (<meter>) represents either a scalar value within a known range or a fractional value. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
