Html elements strong, code, and base

strong element Specifies that the enclosed text should be rendered in the browser as "strong" (usually bold) text, code element Specifies that the enclosed text is programming code and should be formatted appropriately, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
