Html elements ul, input, and base

ul element Defines an unordered list, such as a bulleted list, input element Defines an input element, such as a text field control or button, within a form, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
