Html elements cite, link, and em

cite element Specifies that the enclosed text is a citation from another source, link element Defines the relationship between the current document and another document, em element Specifies that the enclosed text should be emphasized. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
