ruby element Defines a container for Ruby Text, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use, meter element The HTML meter element (<meter>) represents either a scalar value within a known range or a fractional value. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
