Html elements small, kbd, and title

small element Decreases the font size of the enclosed text by one, kbd element Specifies that the enclosed text should be formatted as keyboard input, title element Specifies the title of the HTML document. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
