Html elements ins, progress, and base

ins element Specifies that the enclosed text has been inserted into the document, progress element The HTML progress (<progress>) element is used to view the completion progress of a task, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
