meter element The HTML meter element (<meter>) represents either a scalar value within a known range or a fractional value and menu element The HTML menu element (<menu>) represents an unordered list of menu choices, or commands. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
