meter (Flow)

<meter> html element. The HTML meter element (<meter>) represents either a scalar value within a known range or a fractional value. This element exists in following categories: flow and phrasing and allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
