meter element The HTML meter element (<meter>) represents either a scalar value within a known range or a fractional value and video element The HTML  <video> element is used to embed video content in an HTML or XHTML document. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
