Html elements time and base

time element The HTML time element (<time>) represents either time on a 24-hour clock or a precise date in the Gregorian calendar (with optional time and timezone information) and base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
