Html elements time, base, and wbr

time element The HTML time element (<time>) represents either time on a 24-hour clock or a precise date in the Gregorian calendar (with optional time and timezone information), base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use, wbr element For a block of text enclosed by nobr tags, indicates a place where a line break may occur. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
