Html elements div, base, and link

div element Defines a special block of content within a document, base element Specifies a base URL for all of the relative URLs in the document to use, link element Defines the relationship between the current document and another document. These elements allows child elements from interactive, embedded, heading, sectioning, phrasing, and metadata content categories.
